London's Regent's Park covers 166 hectares and includes stunning rose gardens with more than 30000 roses of 400 varieties. The Park has excellent sports facilities and is the largest outdoor sports area in Central London.
Regent's Park has recently introduced The Hub TimePoint - a new system that allows people to time their runs in the Park using they MYLAPS ChampionChip attached to their shoe.
The Royal Parks Foundation is bringing you a brand new personal timing chip system, helping you to track your training times whilst running (or walking) in Regent's Park.
Three routes have been marked out. Look out for the path markings just outside the Sports Hub. Stand on the line to activate your chip and when you finish your run at the same point, your time is automatically uploaded onto the web where you can compare notes with your friends and school mates.
